Jane stood in shock as her sister happily announced her engagement to the man Jane had secretly loved for years. Her heart twisted with pain, but she knew she had to put on a brave face. Deep down, she understood that true love meant allowing the happiness of the ones we cherish, even if it meant sacrificing our own. Despite the overwhelming sadness, Jane vowed to support her sister and wished her nothing but joy in her newfound happiness. Deep down, a flicker of hope remained, knowing that true love would find its way to her someday, in its own time and in its own unexpected form.
