Barney (Sylvester Stallone), Christmas (Jason Statham), and the rest of the team find themselves face to face with Conrad Stonebanks (Mel Gibson), a man who co-founded The Expendables with Barney years ago. Stonebanks has since become a ruthless arms dealer, a man whom Barney once thought he had killed... but it turns out, he was wrong. Stonebanks, who narrowly escaped death before, now has a mission to put an end to The Expendables - but Barney has a different plan in mind. As the tension mounts and the stakes get higher, Barney realizes that this battle may be the toughest one yet.
